The weather has been wacky these past few days but it is finally warming up a bit in New York City. I can't complain though since I was able to pull off wearing a dress this week without freezing. Today I am sharing a look that will keep you warm and stylish during the transition into Spring.
I purchased this dress from Zara during their sale for only $13! It is perfect for the transition into spring and the reasons may surprise you. Although black and gray may not be the first colors that pop into your mind when you think of spring, these colors pair perfectly with the pastels and brights you do think of! This high neck dress is also made of thick quality material that adds a little extra warmth.
I added a touch of color with a pink necklace from Forever 21 (similar here and here) and a pink handbag from New York and Company. I purchased this handbag after lusting for the $298 Kate Spade Cedar Street Maise. NY&C is very good at carrying styles that are similar to high end brands so if you are looking for an inexpensive alternative make sure you check there. I added over the knee boots (with cozy otk socks of course!) and a leather jacket to complete the look.
I hope you've all been enjoying your week so far. Thank you for reading!
